PenTab Academy is known as one of the most prestigious faith-based private schools in the Miami Gardens area. We are excited to partner with you in the education of your child/children.
The educational philosophy of PenTab Academy is clear; we believe that all children can learn at their own pace and at every level. We also believe that early education and care in a psychologically safe environment has the potential to increase learning and academic success. We further believe that education must include moral character development and must be grounded in sound biblical principles.
Our Early Childhood Education program (Pre-K 2-4) lays the foundation for emergent literacy and caters to the social and emotional well-being of all students. Our Pre-K classes form the framework for best practices and high-quality education here at PenTab Academy. The elementary through middle school prepares students to achieve mastery at every grade level, and encourages student to reach their full potential.
PenTab Academy is a Model Status school, a designation assigned by the Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E.) organization. Our partnership with Florida Virtual School (FLVS) provides dual enrollment and the opportunity for middle school students to earn high school credits while still in middle school. We are an official chapter of the National Elementary Honor Society. Many of our past students have been accepted into advanced classes, national merit programs, and colleges such as Harvard University, Spellman, and the University of Miami.
The Home and School Association (HSA) forms the governing body that represents and advocates for families. They also assist in raising support for the school. Parents are encouraged to become members of the HSA. We look forward to you becoming an active member of this organization.
